By registering for NBA Presenters Night 2026, you agree to the following:

• Your registration is complete only after successful payment confirmation.
• The registration fee is non-transferable to another person.
• You must present your registration confirmation (digital or printed) at the event entrance.
• The organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event schedule. In case of cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be issued.
• Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
• The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the event.
• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

• Event cancellation by organizers: Full refund will be issued to all registered participants within 7 working days.
• Participant cancellation: No refund will be provided for voluntary cancellation or no-show.
• Duplicate payment: If a duplicate payment is made accidentally, a full refund for the duplicate transaction will be processed within 7 working days.
• Payment failure: If payment is deducted but registration is not confirmed, contact the organizers with your transaction details for a full refund.
• All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration.
